How to Fill Bluehost Affiliate Tax Form for Non-US Residents (2021)

When we earn online, we have to take care of all our taxes for all of our online income. In addition to paying service tax and income tax on our earnings, we sometimes have to fill out the form provided by affiliate programs to be eligible for the payment.

If you are one of those newbie affiliate marketers who have joined the Hostgator affiliate program or the Bluehost affiliate program affiliate then you must have encountered a problem filling out the tax form. I often get questions from about completing this tax information form to be eligible for payment. Here is one such question

I am Sagar and I tried to enroll in the Bluehost affiliate program. They ask me to fill out the tax form; I know I am asking the very basic question, but please help me.
